Oh no! You’re not 100% in love with your new sunglasses?
No problem! We know it’s harder to get it right when you can’t try them on first. Online purchases can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange.
BACK TO STORE
With 14 stores throughout NZ, there is probably one close by. Pop in and see one of our team who help you out with finding your perfect pair or organising a refund. Please note, we don’t offer “change of mind” refunds for store purchases as those lucky customers have had the benefit of being styled in store and finding the right fit, however we can offer store credit if you find we didn’t get it right first time, please check your sales receipt for further detail.
FREE COURIER
Enclosed in your delivery will be a return postage paid eco courier bag and a returns form. Follow the simple steps on the form and you can return your order to us. You won’t even need to leave home, our awesome courier company will pick them up!
Covid-19 update: We will do our best to process your order online with our normal delivery schedule. However constraints due to Covid-19 may lead to a small delay processing the order and the courier delivery times. We will keep you updated along the way.
