Delivery

Who do you use?

We use Courier Post NZ and all orders sent on a signature required ticket. You can track your delivery through their web site https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace

How do I track my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24hrs or Monday if it’s placed over the weekend. If there is a delay for any reason we’ll let you know. Once your order is sent, we will send you a tracking number to enable you to track it through Courier Post (our couriers)

Do we ship to PO Box's?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box’s as we need a signature on delivery

Can I change the delivery address once item has been sent?

You can change the address of delivery through the Courier Posts Parcel redirect service, as long as it hasn’t left their depot. You’ll need to go online with your tracking details

How much does delivery cost?

It's free.

Do you deliver internationally?

No. Sorry we are unable to deliver outside of NZ.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All of our orders are sent with signature required tickets.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If no one is able to sign for your package the courier will leave a card to call, which you can use to arrange redelivery or collection location.

Exchange and Returns

Can I return to store?

Yes of course, we’d love to see you and it’s free. Visit one of our 15 stores and our sunglass stylists can help you find the perfect pair as an exchange or request a refund from our office for you. Once a refund has been requested it should take 1-2 business days to process. The store will not be able to give you a refund on the day.

You’ll need to download, print and complete a return form to enable you to do this. Sunglasses must be in original packaging and condition.

How long will it take to process my return?

Return to Store:
We’d love to see you in store! One of our awesome sunglass stylists will be able to help you find the perfect pair to exchange them with on the spot for you.

Return to Depot:
Once we receive your return to our depot we will endeavour to process your return within 2-3 days.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely happy with your new sunglasses, then you can return them within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You’ll need to download, print and complete a return form to enable you to do this. Sunglasses must be in original packaging and condition.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We have 2 different easy ways for you to do this.

Return to Store:
We’d love to see you in store! Visit one of our 15 stores and our expert sunglass stylists can help you find the perfect pair as an exchange or request a refund from our office for you. Once a refund has been requested it should take 1-2 business days to process. The store will not be able to give you a refund on the day.

You will need to take a return form with you, in order for the exchange or refund to occur. Sunglasses must be in original packaging and condition.

Return to Depot:
If you can’t make it into one of our stores, then you can send them back to the depot.

Please complete a return form and return this with your purchase. Sunglasses must be returned in original packaging and condition. It usually takes between 2-3 business days to process a return once it is received at our Depot.

Can I return for an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes of course. Follow the instructions on our return form and we’ll make sure we send you what you want.

When will I receive a refund?

Requested from Store
If you have retuned your purchase to one of our 15 stores and the store requests a refund for you this will be processed between 1-2 business days

Returned to Depot
Once your return and refund request has been received at our depot we will endeavour to process your refund within 2-3 business days.

We will inform you when we have processed the refund as depending on your bank it make take a further 3-5 days to show on your statement.

How will I receive a refund?

You will receive a refund back onto the credit card you used on the original purchase.
