NOT THE RIGHT SUNNIES? NO PROBLEM!
Oh no! You’re not 100% in love with your new sunglasses? No problem! We know it can be hard to get that fit exactly right online, so you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Either pop into store with your sales receipt, or follow the steps below to return by courier. Glasses must be in original packaging and condition.
We don’t offer “change of mind” refunds for in store purchases as those lucky customers have had the benefit of being styled in store and finding the right fit, however if we didn’t get it exactly right first time we are happy to offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, please check your sales receipt for further detail.
01. Return Form and Packaging
Enclosed in your delivery is a return postage paid eco courier bag and a returns form. Please fill in the required details and pack the glasses in the Sunglass Style box provided, ensuring all original items such as tags, authenticity cards, cleaning cloths and pouches/cases are included.
02. Courier Collection
When your package is ready you can arrange for it to be collected or you can drop into any NZ Post store. For collection call Courier Post on 0800 COURIER or book a collection online at Book collection
03. Response
We'll let you know as soon as we receive your return, and arrange the exchange or refund as required.
