CLICK & COLLECT IS A COMPLETELY FREE SERVICE!
If the store has your sunnies in stock, they'll be ready to collect around 2 hours from the time of order, and you'll be contacted when they are ready to pick up.
If there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer from our distribution center or from another store, to your local store free of charge. This will take 2-3 working days and you will be contacted as soon as the glasses are in store and ready for collection.
Please keep in mind the store's trading hours when planning your collection. We know you want those new shades ASAP so it's always a good idea to check which stores closest to you have stock in store for the quickest turnaround.
Collecting your order
Please ensure you have received the "ready for collection" email before heading to the store. Present the order confirmation email, along with your ID, to collect your new sunnies! If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure you've added their name to the order too.
For your peace of mind, all collections will require a photo ID:
- New Zealand Driver's licence
- Passport
- 18+ card
Returns and exchanges
Oh no! You're not 100% in love with your new sunglasses? No problem! We know it can be hard to get that fit exactly right when shopping online, and we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for web purchases. You can exchange in-store at the time of collection, or the team will be able to issue a gift card or organize a refund.
Please note stores are unable to process refunds on-site, and all refunds are administered through our head office and must go directly back on to the credit card/method of payment used for the original purchase.
