CLICK & COLLECT IS A COMPLETELY FREE SERVICE!

If the store has your sunnies in stock, they'll be ready to collect around 2 hours from the time of order, and you'll be contacted when they are ready to pick up.

If there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer from our distribution center or from another store, to your local store free of charge. This will take 2-3 working days and you will be contacted as soon as the glasses are in store and ready for collection.

Please keep in mind the store's trading hours when planning your collection. We know you want those new shades ASAP so it's always a good idea to check which stores closest to you have stock in store for the quickest turnaround.

Click and collect is not available for Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta smart glasses.

Collecting your order
Please ensure you have received the "ready for collection" email before heading to the store. Present the order confirmation email, along with your ID, to collect your new sunnies! If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure you've added their name to the order too.
For your peace of mind, all collections will require a photo ID:
  • New Zealand Driver's licence
  • Passport
  • 18+ card

Returns and exchanges
Oh no! You're not 100% in love with your new sunglasses? No problem! We know it can be hard to get that fit exactly right when shopping online, and we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for web purchases. You can exchange in-store at the time of collection, or the team will be able to issue a gift card or organize a refund.
Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta smart glasses are excluded from our standard returns and exchange policy. Because these are electronic devices, once the box seal is broken they can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or fit issues. This applies to online and in-store purchases. Faulty units are covered separately under manufacturer warranty.
Please note stores are unable to process refunds on-site, and all refunds are administered through our head office and must go directly back on to the credit card/method of payment used for the original purchase.

We will let you know if there is any delay in packing and sending your order. Once it is on the way we’ll send you tracking details and it will need to be signed for on delivery.

Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta smart glasses are excluded from our standard returns and exchange policy. Because these are electronic devices, once the box seal is broken they can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or fit issues. This applies to online and in-store purchases. Faulty units are covered separately under manufacturer warranty.
We don’t offer “change of mind” refunds for in store purchases as those lucky customers have had the benefit of being styled in store and finding the right fit, however we can offer store credit if we didn’t get it right first time, please check your sales receipt for further detail.

01. Return Form and Packaging

Enclosed in your delivery is a return postage-paid eco courier bag and a returns form. Please fill in the required details and pack the glasses in the Sunglass Style box provided, ensuring all original items such as tags, authenticity cards, cleaning cloths and pouches/cases are included.

02. Courier Collection

When your package is ready you can arrange for it to be collected or you can drop into any NZ Post store. For collection call Courier Post on 0800 COURIER or book a collection online at Book collection

03. Response

We'll let you know as soon as we receive your return, and arrange the refund. The $6 restocking cost is deducted from the transaction value prior to processing the refund.
